1) Install sdk8.0

2) register windows phone
How to register your phone for development.

3) for the error "Exception from HRESULT: 0x89721500"
Solution: delete the folder "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Phone Tools\CoreCon\11.0"

jailbreak Window Phone (example: sumsung i917)

1) Root Window Phone

1.1) Download the rom  Dynamics v2.2 - WP7.8 RTM

1.2) unzip, connect usb, run DFT_WPI_SAM1.exe

1.3) Trun off the phone, hold sound- , camera, and power, run DFT_WPI_SAM1.exe again.

1.4) until finishing flashing, unplug usb.

1.5)waiting for 10 min. Done!
